Brass Door

Feet pounding pavement, horns blaring, crowds rushing, pulsing, surging forward. And everywhere, inspiration, as a glimpse of brass – scuffed, mottled, aged with patina – spied, day after day, sweeping across concrete in the urban jungle, informs this deeply saturated rug in all its glorious color.

Landis

Our appreciation for Tibetan rugs always inspires us. Still, we wondered how – and whether – we could conjure a rug design that would display many of the prized characteristics of Tibetan rugs, in a cleaner, more contemporary manner. The answer is a resounding yes, as witnessed in the uncluttered, abrash- and heather-free styling of Landis.

Onyx

Inspired by naturally occurring geological patterns. Eroded by waves. Shifted by winds. Layered by time.

Beck

Incorporating a bounty of graduated shading, Beck summons notions of ombre. And yet, plumbs more deeply, more richly, and more striated than even the intensifying hues we witnessed as beach stretched toward horizon on a waterside vacation. It was those lights and darks that got us thinking: how could we amplify the color play in rug form? The answer: Beck.

Skinner

Inspired by photography of dance, Skinner captures a moment in motion – like a ballerina caught mid-pirouette, a trail of chiffon billowing in the air. Its pattern ripples and fades, like sound waves. Smoke. Energy. Movement made tangible, woven into stillness – a tactile dance, frozen in time.

Rand

This wool pile on a flat woven wool ground – similar to exposed foundation – garners admiration courtesy of its abstract, irregular striping comprised of multi-colored yarns. Relaxed. Inspired.

Shibori

Suggestive of – indeed, informed by – 8th century Japanese fabric dyeing techniques, Shibori summons memories of ages-old manipulations, and marriages, between fiber and dye. Oxidized to evoke eternities; rendered wholly new by imagination.

Carreau PA

Classic Moorish tiles. Crumbling Spanish architecture. An exotic kaleidoscope of complex embroidery techniques. Such are Carreau’s exceptionally striking influences – made all the more impressive with indoor-outdoor versatility.

Post

Erratically patterned in the most freeing of ways, the eminently versatile Post is without limitations. Vaguely Mid-century in feel, neither focal points nor furniture placements are hindered by its random design, making Post an excellent foundational choice for almost any space.

Constellation HT

Tonal, quiet, bold, striking – all apply to Constellation, a softly stippled, masterful blend of colors resulting in a pattern whose mood changes dramatically based on palette. Complex, it undergoes a metamorphosis from dark to light as its shading tapers, unevenly, from echo to whisper.
